The product is designed for use on exterior and interior above and below grade architectural concrete where a premium long lasting, slip resistant, vibrant gloss and shine is required.

CERTI-VEX AC 1315 is formulated from customized styrene acrylic stabilized co-polymer resins manufactured in-house to yield a non-yellowing glossy film. Vexcon Chemicals manufactures the resin system exclusively foruse in CERTI-VEX AC 1315 and it contains no fillers, modifiers or extenders that can cause cure and seals to yellow, blush and look non-glossy. Independent laboratory testing confirms that the product’s non-yellowing characteristics outlast and out perform competitive products and equal the performance of pure acrylic systems.

Easily applied, CERTI-VEX AC 1315 quickly forms a hard clear film that is permanent, tough, chemical resistant, water repellent, dustproof, and non-yellowing. The product is ideal for both interior and exterior applications on new and existing concrete floors, stamped and decorated concrete, stucco or brick walls, architectural sections, retarded concrete and vertical walls. It provides an excellent base coat for paints or tile and carpet adhesives meeting the requirements of the Resilient Tile Institute and the Tile Adhesion Test Requirements of ASTM C 1315.
