Acid Stains orders typically DO NOT ship via air service, even though the shipping checkout page my offer a rate. However, there are exceptions. If you are needing an expedited service for Acid Stains, please call or email prior to ordering. Additionally, the Carrier will impose a $30.00 to $60.00 Charge for Concrete Stain Shipped via Air.  We also DO NOT ship Acid Stain overseas, there is special shipping requirements to ship Hazmat packages overseas. We are not equipped to handle them at this time.  We will make every attempt to ship out your order as soon as possible. Orders placed by 1PM (Mon - Fri) typically ship the same day. NOTE: These shipping times are contingent upon product availability. For orders that include accelerated service, shipping is also contingent upon a timely and successful order. Once your product(s) has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation via email. A shipping tracking # will be included, if available. In general, orders are shipped Monday - Friday (excluding holidays). Saturday delivery is not available. Our shippers deliver to anywhere in the continental U.S. We will also ship outside the USA, if your location is not on the checkout page with a confirmed price. Special Shipping
From time to time, you may choose to have an order delivered Overnight or Second Day. Is important for you to know that all orders are processed in the Home Office on the first in first out basis regardless of any Special Shipping.  Selecting Overnight or Second Day shipping does not change this "first in, first out" process.  Once an order is picked up at the Home Office, the shipment is then expedited based on the Special Shipping specified.

Weekends and some holidays will add to the time it takes for a package to be delivered. "Overnight" is defined as the next business day and Second day is defined as the second business day. (NOTE: If you pay for an order to be delivered Overnight or Second day and the carrier does not deliver, please call Concrete Depot or email: sales@concretedepot.net to track your package.

Once an order has been processed at the Home Office, we are unable to change the delivery method (from Ground to Overnight or Second day, etc.)

Address Corrections
Be sure to submit a correct address when placing an order of any kind. If an incorrect address (wrong street, number, name, city, state, zip code, etc) is provided,  Concrete Depot, will NOT be liable for replacement order costs and fees.

US Postal Service, UPS, FedEx
Concrete Depot utilizes the US Postal Service, UPS and FedEx to deliver orders, and each carrier has slightly different delivery options, policies and procedures. Here are some facts about each carrier that will help you.

• Delivery days are Monday through Saturday to the U.S., Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
• Packages will not require a signature upon delivery.
• Address corrections cannot be made.
• There is a waiting period of 10 business days before a lost package can be reshipped.

• Ground and Express deliveries are made Monday through Friday to the U.S. and Hawaii (Puerto Rico excluded).
• Home delivery hours are 9:00 am to 7:00 pm (local time).
• Cannot deliver to a P.O. Box
• Commercial delivery hours are normal business hours.
• Packages may be re-routed to a different address than originally provided, but only after a first delivery attempt is made. UPS does not charge for this service.
• Address corrections can be made by calling Concrete Depot, There is a $5.00 service fee for Ground packages and $10.00 for Express packages.
• UPS Ground packages cannot be scheduled to be delivered at a specific time of day, but UPS Express shipment ( Overnight or Second day) have guaranteed delivery times that vary by the delivery method selected.
• All claims for lost or damaged packages must be filed by Concrete Depot.
• A signature is required for delivery on orders with a value in excess of $500.00 cash value $1000.00, A signature required release may be issued only by calling Concrete Depot.

FedEx Home Deliver

• Deliveries are made Tuesday through Saturday, 9 am to 8 pm (local time) to the U.S and Hawaii (Puerto Rico excluded).
• Cannot deliver to a P.O. Box.
• Deliveries to a business may require that the package be delivered by FedEx Ground.
• Specific delivery times cannot be scheduled.
• There is a $5.00 service fee to make an address correction or to re-route a package, and this may delay delivery.

• Delivery days are Monday through Friday to the U.S. and Hawaii (Puerto Rico excluded). No Saturday delivery option.
• Overnight deliveries are scheduled to arrive by 3:00 pm the next business day. Second day deliveries are scheduled to arrive by 4:30 pm the second business day.
• There is a $10:00 service fee to make an address correction or to re-route a package, and this may delay delivery.

• Claims for lost or damaged packages must be filed by Concrete Depot.
• A signature is required for delivery on orders with a value in excess of $500.00 Cash Value or $1000.00 retail, whichever is greater. A "signature required" release may be issued only by calling Concrete Depot.
• Address corrections and re-routes ( if a package needs to be sent to an address different than was originally provided) can only be made by Concrete Depot.
• Once an order has been processed at the Home Office, we cannot change the delivery method from Ground to Express.
