Mosaics® Polyurethane Clear Sealer is a 2-component, water-based, membrane forming sealer made of polyurethane formulated exclusively for existing, hardened decorative and colored concrete. When dry, it forms a super-hard, high-gloss clear sealer suitable for exterior or interior applications. Mosaics® Polyurethane Clear Sealer helps dust-proof the surface and increase resistance to abrasion. Mosaics® Polyurethane Clear Sealer dries to clear, durable, high-gloss sheen that seals and protects concrete against stains and water damage. Its non-clouding formula is non-flammable, environmentally safe, VOC compliant and is especially suitable for use on architectural, colored, sand blasted or exposed aggregate concrete.

Basic Use: Existing concrete and concrete products: Mosaics® Polyurethane Clear Sealer is applied in light coats over existing concrete to preserve the color appearance and seal and protect against moisture damage and most stains. Uses: interior and exterior decorative concrete paving such as floors, driveways, patios, walkways, sidewalks and cart paths.

Composition: Mosaics® Polyurethane Clear Sealer is a 2-component clear sealer made of a polyurethane resin, water, long alcohol and surfactant.

Colors and Finishes: The final appearance of concrete treated with Mosaics® Polyurethane Clear Sealer will vary according to application technique and the absorption and composition of the concrete.

Limitations: Mosaics® Polyurethane Clear Sealer is not suitable for concrete subject to chemical or acid exposure, heavy wear, warehouse floors, sub grade water or continuous water submersion. When wet, sealed surfaces will be more slippery than unsealed surfaces. Not recommended for kitchen floors or smooth, wet pedestrian areas unless applied together with Mosaics® Seal - Grip® Plus additive. Not recommended for pool decks as sealer can be discolored by acid contact. Do not use on surfaces which will later receive concrete overlays, toppings, coatings, joint sealants or on areas of poor drainage or as a membrane barrier against hydrostatic water pressure
