KlearKoat WB™ is used as a sealer and a beautifier for acid stained concrete floors, walls, or counter tops or any interior areas where flammable solvent based sealers are too hazardous to use. It can also be used out doors in any area where the solvent based coating is a problem. B E N E F I T S :
No Hazardous Fumes: KlearKoat WB™ does not emit flammable or toxic fumes, can be used where normal ventilation is available. Nonflammable: KlearKoat WB™ itself is not flammable or combustible so that risk of fire is essentially eliminated. Low Toxicity: Once dry and cured over night, KlearKoat WB™ is non-toxic, colorless and odorless. Scuff Resistant and Water Resistant: This tough coating is non-slip and non-blushing when wet. It resists vegetable oil and even gasoline. It is ideal for use in garage areas. Protect it with EASYGLO Polish: After the coating has dried over night, it can be top coated with the water based acrylic polish EasyGlo™, to produce a renewable ware surface. Therefore, with normal easy maintenance KlearKoat WB™ will never wear out or need replacing. H O W T O U S E :
Surface must be clean and free of oil or detergent.1. Apply a thin even coating using a roller, pump up sprayer, or lamb’s wool applicator.Apply at a rate of one gallon to 400 ft2 (40 m2)2. Allow coating to dry for 4–6 hours or until completely tack free before applying a secondcoat if desired.3. Allow coating to dry for 24 hours before applying EasyGlo™ P R O P E R T I E S : Type: Stable water dispersed polymer coating. Color: Dry coat is colorless. Odor: Mild butyl Toxicity: Low. Harmful if swallowed. VOC’s: 1.5 lbs. per gallon Flammability: Nonflammable Composition: Special proprietary resins in a solvent solution in water.
